Making Friends with Calm – Women’s Psychoeducational & Support Group
Join us for a gentle, supportive space to learn practical tools for calming the nervous system, building self-awareness, and reconnecting with yourself in community with other women.
This free, drop-in, psychoeducational group is designed to support women in strengthening self-regulation, understanding triggers, and practicing self-compassion. Sessions often include hands-on creative activities and crafts to support grounding, reflection, and connection.
The group is facilitated by Michelle and Madi, who offer a welcoming, trauma-informed environment where participants can learn, share, and grow at their own pace.
