HPP at CWAVS is pleased to offer the RentSmart Certificate course starting May 21st, 2026!
The RentSmart Certificate builds a combination of skills, knowledge, and confidence in tenants through the RentSmart program. This certificate is recognized by many housing providers, including BC Housing.
Join us to learn about budgeting, communication skills, and tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities!
