Stopping the Violence Counselling
Stopping the Violence offers free, confidential counselling to help women 19+ explore and understand the impacts of violence and trauma on their lives and begin to heal.

PEACE Child & Youth Counselling
Free, confidential, trauma-informed, one-on-one and group counselling services for children and youth ages 4-18 who have witnessed and/or experienced violence or trauma.
Group Counselling

Strengthening Families
Strengthening Families is a group for children aged 4-16 and their parents, who have witnessed or experienced violence. It focuses on exploring feelings and developing skills, such as healthy communications, conflict resolution, and parenting through crisis.

Holding Your Own in Relationships
A series of drop-in support and educational workshops for women impacted by abuse or violence in relationship. In a confidential group environment, you will learn how to increase personal safety, identify behaviours of power and control, and more.

Marvelous Moms
This 10-week closed group is for women who wish to explore in a safe and therapeutic environment, how violence has impacted them and their children, and how to increase their ability to parent even more effectively and positively. It also provides parental support for the non-offending parent.
