The program's goal is to ensure fair access to supports/services through information, referrals, support, and one-on-one advocacy in the following areas:
Access to benefits such as Income Assistance, IA Supplements, PWD and CPP disability benefits, Guaranteed Income Supplement, OAP, CPP, Rental Assistance, and more
Tenancy issues including conflict resolution, eviction, rental agreements, damage deposits, rent increases and tenant rights & responsibilities
Debt including Collection and Harassment
Assistance in completing and submitting forms
Information about Wills and Planning Documents
Public Legal Education
Resources and Referrals
