CWAV Society values experience, education and certification by professional associations in its hiring. Our staff tends to serve for a long time. Staffing levels are determined by our funding. Where our funding is grant-based, the employee's term ends when the funding ends. 

When positions become available, CWAV gives priority to qualified internal applicants. When a posting is open to external applicants, it will be posted on our website and can be viewed by clicking here Now Hiring or on the Now Hiring banner of our home page, or our Facebook page, and by using appropriate advertising channels.
