CWAV Society values experience, education and certification by professional associations in its hiring. Our staff tends to serve for a long time. Staffing levels are determined by our funding. Where our funding is grant-based, the employee's term ends when the funding ends. All staff who work more than 17.5 hours a week receive benefits. Benefits cease when employment ends.

When positions become available, CWAV gives priority to qualified internal applicants. When a posting is open to external applicants, it is posted on our website, through our social media and using appropriate advertising channels. The Society does not keep unsolicited resumes on file.
