Somenos House staff will always want to speak to you directly so they can talk to you about your needs and tell you more about the House.

Someone who wants to help...
(a friend, co-worker, social worker, police . . .) may suggest you call us - but that is always up to you.


What should you bring (if you can)?
  • your children
  • important papers and I.D. (SIN, medical card, driver's license, bank cards, passport)
  • any medication you or your children are taking
  • your keys
  • your purse
  • personal comfort items for you or your children (journal, teddy bear, blankie . . . )
